About RW

Rewriting Life empowers the insomniacs, the dreamers, the emotional little sisters and fallible big brothers, the storytellers and risk-fearers. It makes laughs escape chapped lips and tears taint cheeks. Above all else, it teaches you to grow up strong and unapologetically sure of who you are inside.

I want you to grow up to be the person your 8-year-old self envisioned in the floor-length mirror in her parents’ bedroom. I do not want you to let the naysayers creep up on you. I do not want you to be stuck in a job, a life, a body you hate because you think it’s the right thing to do. Helping others, I’ve learned, starts with helping yourself. I want to help you get where you need to be in life so you can go out there and build a better tomorrow for someone else.

I want to hear from you. I want to know what’s making you jump up and down and dance like a thirteen year old and what has you on hands and knees, praying for strength. I want to hear your story.

  13. Dear Kaleigh,
As you know, I have been following your blog for a few months now. I find your writing very sophisticated; you have a captivating voice and interesting ideas, which clearly come from the heart. For this reason, I am nominating you for the Liebster Blog Award. The award is given to a blog with less than 200 followers that deserves a little more recognition. There are a few simple rules that go along with the award. They are as follows as passed on to me.

    1. Give a shout out to the blogger who nominated you by linking back to their blog.
    2. Nominate 5 other blogs with less than 200 followers.
    3. Spread the good blog karma.
Lastly, don’t forget to add the Liebster blog award image to your post.

    Best wishes.
